During hypnosis, you remain aware and in control while entering a deeply relaxed and focused state. In this calm state, the mind becomes more open to helpful insights, healing, and positive new perspectives.
Unlike stage hypnosis used for entertainment, clinical hypnotherapy is a professional therapeutic approach that can support emotional well-being, stress relief, behavioral change, and the mind-body connection.
Through guided relaxation and gentle exploration of the subconscious mind, hypnotherapy may help release limiting beliefs, emotional patterns, fears, and habits that no longer serve you.
My Approach
Every person’s journey is unique, which is why I take a personalized and intuitive approach rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
In the first part of the session, we take time to talk and gently explore your concerns, goals, and what you would like to change. This may include supportive therapeutic conversation to help bring clarity and understanding.
The second half of the session is the hypnosis (hypnotherapy) part. In a deeply relaxed state, we gently work with the subconscious mind through guided imagery and emotional awareness. When appropriate, techniques such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) may also be incorporated to gently release unconscious beliefs and patterns that are no longer serving you.
