Hypnotherapy Can Work with Anyone Six and Above2
Children (6+ years old)

Children often face challenges as they grow and navigate school, friendships, and their emotions. At this age, they may struggle with anxiety, fear, or low confidence, and may find it difficult to express their feelings. Changes in their home life or school environment can also create stress and confusion.
You may notice your child experiencing difficulties with schoolwork, feeling nervous about social situations, or having trouble managing emotions like anger or sadness. These challenges can affect their overall well-being and confidence.
Through hypnotherapy, children can learn how to calm their minds, build confidence, and manage their emotions in a healthy way. I create a fun and safe environment where they can feel empowered to address their concerns, gain emotional resilience, and develop positive habits that support their growth. Together, we can help your child feel more confident, secure, and ready to take on life’s challenges.
Teens & Young Adults

Teens and young adults often face significant challenges as they navigate school, relationships, and the transition into adulthood. The pressure to succeed academically, socially, and professionally can lead to stress, anxiety, and uncertainty about the future. At this stage, many experience self-doubt, fear of failure, or the struggle to find their identity.
You may feel overwhelmed by expectations, uncertain about career paths, or anxious about fitting in with peers. The transition to independence can also bring feelings of isolation, low self-esteem, or confusion about relationships and personal goals.
Through hypnotherapy, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, manage stress, and build confidence. I provide a supportive space to help you release negative thoughts, embrace your true potential, and navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience. Together, we can work toward a future filled with self-assurance, balance, and personal growth.
Middle-Aged Adults

Middle-aged adults often face a range of personal and professional challenges, from managing career demands to navigating changes in their personal life. As responsibilities increase, many may struggle with feelings of stress, burnout, or a lack of fulfillment. Physical changes, such as health concerns or aging, may add to the emotional strain.
At this stage, individuals may find themselves questioning their life’s direction or feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of daily life. You might experience anxiety about the future, concerns about relationships, or a sense of stagnation in achieving personal goals. The desire for a deeper sense of purpose or fulfillment can sometimes feel elusive.
Through hypnotherapy, you can explore your thoughts and emotions in a safe, supportive space. Whether you’re seeking clarity, managing stress, or rediscovering your passions, I’m here to help you create more balance, find peace, and make positive changes for a brighter future. Together, we can navigate these challenges with confidence and renewed vitality.
Parents & Caregivers

Parents and caregivers often balance multiple responsibilities, from caring for children to managing the needs of loved ones. This can lead to overwhelming stress, leaving little time for self-care and often causing neglect of their own physical and emotional health. Many feel exhausted, emotionally drained, and isolated as they strive to meet the needs of others.
The challenges they face may include dealing with chronic fatigue, balancing work and caregiving duties, or managing the emotional weight of seeing loved ones struggle with health issues. Parents may also experience anxiety about their children’s futures, while caregivers often carry the burden of caring for family members with limited support.
Through hypnotherapy, you can learn to release stress, find emotional balance, and prioritize your well-being. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your needs, restore your energy, and develop coping strategies that allow you to care for others without sacrificing your own health. Together, we can create a healthier, more peaceful path forward.
Veterans & Families

Veterans and their families often face unique challenges, from reintegrating into civilian life to coping with the emotional and mental toll of past experiences. Veterans may struggle with trauma, anxiety, or physical limitations, while family members may feel the strain of providing support while managing their own emotional needs. The weight of these challenges can create feelings of isolation, frustration, or even hopelessness.
Veterans may also face difficulty adjusting to life after service, experiencing anxiety about the future or navigating complex medical and financial systems. Families may feel uncertain about how best to support their loved ones, leading to communication difficulties or emotional distance.
Through hypnotherapy, you can work through these challenges in a safe, supportive space. Whether it’s processing past trauma, managing stress, improving relationships, or building resilience, I’m here to help you and your family find healing and peace. Together, we can move forward with greater emotional well-being, understanding, and connection.
Seniors

As we age, life’s transitions can bring about unique challenges, from changes in health to feelings of loss or uncertainty. Seniors often face stress related to physical limitations, chronic health conditions, or the grief of losing loved ones. The decline of independence, changes in daily routines, and concerns about the future can lead to feelings of isolation, loneliness, or even a loss of purpose.
Many also experience anxiety about their health, struggles with memory or cognitive changes, or difficulty adjusting to retirement or major life changes. These challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to be faced alone.
Through hypnotherapy, you can learn to manage stress, improve emotional well-being, and embrace the changes in your life with greater peace and confidence. I offer a compassionate and supportive environment where you can explore your mind and release the burdens of worry or fear. Together, we’ll work toward creating a sense of peace, purpose, and vitality as you navigate life’s transitions and continue to live with joy in your later years.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a treatment that induces a hypnotic state to access the subconscious mind, which is said to make up approximately 90% of a person’s mind, and promote positive changes in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
The subconscious mind accumulates past experiences, emotions, beliefs, and thought patterns from birth, which influence our actions and thinking. Therefore, even when a person consciously tries to bring about change, the 90% of the subconscious working unconsciously can make it difficult to achieve that change. Hypnotherapy works by engaging with that 90% of the subconscious, allowing for positive transformations.
What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique that induces a heightened state of focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and deep relaxation. In this altered state of consciousness, often referred to as a trance, individuals become more open to positive suggestions and imagery, allowing for changes in perceptions, behaviors, and sensations.
What conditions can Hypnotherapy help with?
Hypnotherapy is effective for a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, phobias, addictions, and weight loss. Please refer to the page titled “145 Ways Hypnotherapy Might Help” for more details.
For certain conditions, approval from a doctor or psychiatrist may be required. Please contact us for more information.
What the Hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that many people enter spontaneously in everyday life (e.g., daydreaming). During a hypnotherapy section, you feel calm, relaxed, and peaceful, and many people describe it as the feeling they get right before falling asleep at night.
It is possible to be controlled while in Hypnosis?
No, you cannot be controlled by a hypnotist while you are in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of heightened focus and relaxation, where your mind is more open to suggestions, but you remain aware and in control of your own actions. A hypnotist can guide you or offer suggestions, but you cannot be made to do anything against your will or values.
In fact, during hypnosis, if a suggestion is made that conflicts with your beliefs or desires, you would either reject it or come out of the hypnotic state. Hypnosis works best when there is trust and a willingness to participate in the process, but it does not override your autonomy or control.
Some people might question about stage hypnosis where people seem to be controlled. Participants volunteer for entertainment purposes and are aware they will be part of a show, so they are “willing” to be controlled by stage hypnotist. While both involve inducing a hypnotic state, the intentions and applications of stage hypnosis and hypnotherapy differ significantly. Hypnotherapy is a valuable tool for self-improvement and addressing various psychological and emotional challenges.
How many sessions are needed?
The number of hypnotherapy sessions needed can vary depending on the individual, the issue being addressed, and the goals of the therapy. While some people may experience positive changes after just one session, many people feel more profound changes and lasting results from multiple sessions.
It is known that overwhelming the subconscious mind can slow progress. Therefore, the greater and more challenging the goals, the more sessions may be needed to ensure steady and effective transformation.
What is the recommended frequency?
The frequency of hypnotherapy sessions varies depending on the individual’s needs and goals. Typically, regular sessions provide greater benefits, and in the initial stages, weekly or bi-weekly sessions are often recommended. However, depending on circumstances, including financial considerations, it is advisable to receive sessions at a manageable frequency, such as once a month or as needed.
What is advised after successfully overcoming challenges?
Monthly sessions or regular self-care are important methods of managing your health. Through these ongoing sessions, you can build a habit of self-care, promote overall well-being, maintain mental and emotional balance, and deepen your connection with yourself. Consider this as an investment in your long-term health and personal growth.
What is the MP3 Recording you provide?
Starting from the second session, I provide a personalized hypnosis recording from your appointment (except when a recording is not suitable). Relaxing background music can be added based on your preference to enhance the experience. Listening to it regularly helps reinforce the positive changes from your session and can accelerate the transformation process.
